We’re now looking for a Key Account Coordinator to manage and grow relationships with our key retail partners. This role is perfect for someone with experience in account management or sales who wants to take ownership of major accounts, support some of the most exciting brands in beauty, and continue growing their career in a fast-moving, ambitious environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will own and grow key retail accounts across Europe and the UK, ensuring partnerships thrive, product launches run smoothly, and commercial operations are executed with excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations for key retail accounts and building strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders

  • Preparing and submitting New Line Forms (NLFs), item setup sheets, and other documentation for new product launches

  • Uploading new products, digital assets, and updates to retailer portals accurately and on time

  • Coordinating product launches, timelines, and internal critical paths for flawless execution

  • Collaborating with the Marketing team, keeping them informed of agreements and account plans to support retail marketing activities

  • Monitoring account performance, preparing weekly/monthly reports, and identifying growth opportunities

  • Ensuring product information, pricing, and stock availability are accurate across systems and retailers

  • Collaborating with internal teams (Content, Finance, Buying) to enable smooth operations and successful account management

  • Proactively identifying opportunities for growth, process improvements, and expanding our presence within key accounts

  • Participating in internal sales meetings and contributing insights to drive strategic decisions

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, key account coordination, or commercial roles (beauty/FMCG experience is a plus)

  • Proven track record in managing key accounts, driving growth, and executing product launches

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus

  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Collaborative team player, motivated to grow professionally and develop expertise in key account management within the beauty industry
