MDV is the data controller for the personal data it processes and attaches great importance to your privacy. MDV processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Website Visitors
MDV operates the websites www.mdveurope.com and styledry.com.
When you enter data on one of our web forms, we receive and use this data to provide you with the information, service, or product requested via the form. This includes, for example, our contact forms, newsletter subscription, and online ordering process. We may use your data to personalize our communication with you.
In addition, your browser sends data to our website, in particular your IP address, browser type, device type, MAC address, and sometimes a global geographical location (at a country or city level). Cookies can also collect data. You can find more information about this in our cookie statement.

3. Newsletter Subscribers
As mentioned above, you can subscribe to our email newsletters and/or magazines via our own websites. You can also subscribe to our newsletters via one of our partners, such as Faire.com, or through social media (campaigns). It is always clear that the subscription concerns email newsletters from MDV or Styledry.
If you subscribe, we will add you to our corresponding mailing list and use your email address and the information you provide to send you the requested messages. We can personalize these messages based on your data.

We use social media buttons on our websites. If you interact with us via social media, we process your username and the relevant interaction. We may also contact you via social media, for example for employee recruitment and selection.

For its business operations, MDV is in contact with customers, suppliers, service providers, and media. In doing so, MDV processes data of the relevant contact persons.

We may process data for analysis and statistics. For this purpose, we use data that is, as much as possible, not traceable to an individual. 10. Children
Our websites and services are not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. Should MDV have unintentionally collected data from someone under that age, we would appreciate it if you let us know so we can take the necessary measures.
11. Your GDPR Rights
Right to Access: You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or outdated, and/or to have it supplemented if it is incomplete.
Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing. This right also applies to data that MDV processes about you based on its legitimate interest, if your privacy interests outweigh MDV's interests in your situation.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive data in a machine-readable format, insofar as this data has been provided to us within the framework of an agreement with you as an individual, or based on your consent. This allows you to store this data in your own database or in a database of another party.
Right to Restriction: In some cases, you can request the restriction of the processing of your data. If this right applies, we will store your data but not use it.
Right to be Forgotten: You have the right to ask us to delete your data from our files. We will assess whether and which data this right applies to, and then delete that data.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint about how MDV handles your data.
