Internship: Marketing Intern

Hours: 38 hours a week

Location: Region Utrecht

MDV, one of the top beauty sales platforms in Europe, is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to work with our Marketing team. As part of MDV’s internship, you’ll get to work directly with the most innovative beauty brands like Beautyblender, Peter Thomas Roth, Styledry, This Works, Maude, RoC Skincare, Rodial, True Botanicals, Isle of Paradis, Tan-Luxe and Tanologist. What will you be doing?

  • Branding our brand portfolio; contributing to and executing all marketing campaigns for our international partners

  • Keeping our international press database up to date

  • Maintaining our international calendar regarding all collaborations

  • Collaborating with influencers and celebrities

  • Managing and contributing to the growth of our social media channels, including scheduling and posting content

  • Assisting in creating content for our social media channels – Instagram and TikTok

  • Supporting the team in organizing events and send outs

  • Finding suitable partners and sponsorships for our brands

  • Thinking of and creating ways to best reach the customers of our brands through all distribution channels

  • Ensuring the marketing vision for the organization is upheld

  • Assisting with a variety of tasks in the marketing department

Required Skills

  • You are following a relevant HBO or Bachelor study in the field of Marketing, Graphic Design or Communication

  • You can work at least 4 days a week within our organization

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English in word and writing

  • The ability to work independently and take initiative when tackling marketing challenges

  • Experience with product photography and image editing is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Excel; familiarity with graphic programs like Canva,

  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred

  • You are excellent at multitasking and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent commercial and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude

  • You are available from September 2025
